Returns and Refunds information
All customers have the right to cancel any order purchased across our website and receive a refund within 14 days from receiving an order. Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline please notify us via email or in writing about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
You must send the goods back to our internet returns address at the bottom of this page at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective. Please send the order back as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order. Once we have received your order back we will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
Please note that you will lose your right to cancel your order if you damage, alter or lose, any part of an order or product, or destroy or lose packaging. So please ensure goods are returned to us in as new condition with original packaging.
We want you to be happy with any purchase and the service we provide. At all times we will work hard to ensure we do our very best to look after you with any after sales help you may require.
All products we sell come with a manufactures warranty. If you encounter an issue with any product under warranty, we will comply with all required consumer legislation. Goods that have been miss treated or show signs of wear may not be covered and may be classed as wear and tear issues rather than a manufacturing fault.
